Where can I browse EiD THEME DESiGN themes?+
Open themes.einsindrei.com on a compatible Samsung Galaxy smartphone. The destination opens in Samsung’s Galaxy Themes environment, which is not designed for desktop computers, Galaxy tablets, or phones from other brands.
How do I open Galaxy Themes on my phone?+
Touch and hold an empty area of the Home screen and tap Themes. On the current Galaxy Themes layout you can also move between Themes, Wallpapers, Icons, AODs, and Menu using the navigation bar at the bottom.
Will an EiD THEME DESiGN theme work on my Galaxy?+
Compatibility depends on the Galaxy model, installed Android and One UI version, country, and current Theme Store availability. Check the compatibility information on the release page before purchasing. Availability can differ between devices and regions.
Do Galaxy Themes work on Galaxy tablets or other Android brands?+
Samsung states that Galaxy Themes are not supported on Galaxy tablets. The service and EiD THEME DESiGN theme packages are made for compatible Samsung Galaxy smartphones and cannot be installed as normal Android themes on other brands.
What can a complete Galaxy theme change?+
Depending on the release, a theme can change Home and Lock screen wallpapers, supported icons, colors, sounds, fonts, Quick settings, and visual elements in Samsung apps such as Phone, Contacts, Messages, Calendar, and Settings. Not every theme changes every element.
Why can the result differ from the preview?+
Screen size, Galaxy model, One UI version, regional Samsung app versions, widgets, icon layout, and your own personalization all affect the final appearance. The preview shows the intended design on a supported reference setup.
Download, buy and recover
Do I need a Samsung account?+
Yes. Samsung requires a Samsung account to access Galaxy Themes, make purchases, and restore previously purchased content. Use the same account that was used for the original purchase.
Where do I find installed themes and separate theme parts?+
Open Galaxy Themes and tap Menu, then My data or My stuff—the wording can vary by software version and language. The current Galaxy S23 layout shows separate tabs for Themes, Wallpapers, Icons, and AODs.
Where are my previous purchases?+
Open Galaxy Themes, tap Menu, and choose Purchased items. Sign in with the Samsung account used for the purchase. Installed content may also appear under My data or My stuff.
Can I download a purchased theme again on a new Galaxy?+
Usually yes. Samsung says purchased themes can be downloaded again on up to ten devices per purchase when the same Samsung account is used. A download may still be unavailable after a device or operating-system change, if the theme is no longer offered, or if the new device is unsupported.
Why is a purchased theme missing?+
Confirm that you are using the original Samsung account and accessing Galaxy Themes from the country where you purchased it. Content visibility also depends on the current device, One UI compatibility, region, and whether the seller still offers the release.
Why does the store show a different language, currency, or selection?+
Galaxy Themes content and purchasing are regional. The displayed catalog, prices, and available releases can be influenced by the Samsung account, Store country, device model, and software version. If the region appears wrong, check the Samsung account and contact Samsung Support before buying.
Who handles payments, receipts, and refunds?+
Samsung operates Galaxy Themes, Samsung Billing, receipts, downloads, and refund decisions. Use Menu for Receipts or Payment methods, or open Menu, Settings, and Contact us for Samsung assistance. EiD THEME DESiGN cannot access or change a Samsung transaction.
Apply and personalize
How do I apply an EiD THEME DESiGN theme?+
Open the EiD THEME DESiGN release in Galaxy Themes, download it, and tap Apply. Wait until One UI has finished refreshing wallpapers, icons, and supported system surfaces before opening other apps or restarting the phone.
Can I combine an EiD THEME DESiGN theme with another wallpaper, icon pack, or AOD?+
Yes. Samsung allows Themes, Wallpapers, Icons, and Always On Display content to be applied separately. After applying an EiD THEME DESiGN theme, open the corresponding tab in Galaxy Themes and select the individual content you prefer.
Can I keep my own Home screen layout and widgets?+
Yes. Applying a theme changes supported visual resources but does not lock your Home screen. You can rearrange apps, folders, and widgets or choose your own wallpaper afterwards.
Why do some third-party app icons or screens stay unchanged?+
Galaxy Themes can style Samsung-supported icons and system areas. Third-party apps, launchers, keyboards, and messaging services control their own resources, so they may keep their original icon or interface.
How do I return to the original Samsung design?+
Open Galaxy Themes, tap Menu, then My data or My stuff. Under Themes choose Default and tap Apply. You can also restore the default Wallpaper, Icons, or AOD individually from their respective tabs.
Can I delete a theme without losing the purchase?+
Deleting the local copy does not normally remove the purchase from your Samsung account. You can usually download it again from Purchased items, provided the same account, device and region remain supported and the content is still available.
Updates and troubleshooting
What should I do after a major One UI update?+
First let Android, One UI, Galaxy Themes, and Samsung apps finish all updates. Apply the Samsung Default theme, restart the phone, and check the EiD THEME DESiGN release in Galaxy Themes for an Update button before applying it again.
Why is an EiD THEME DESiGN update not available immediately after a new One UI release?+
A theme update must be adapted, tested, submitted by the designer, and registered by Samsung before Galaxy Themes can offer it. Store review and regional rollout can create a delay even when an updated package is already being prepared.
My theme is only partially applied. How can I fix it?+
Samsung recommends applying the Default theme first, deleting the incorrectly installed local copy, and downloading it again. Then reapply the theme after confirming that the internet connection and Samsung apps are up to date.
Some icons or Samsung screens did not refresh. What now?+
Confirm that One UI Home and the relevant Samsung apps are the active defaults. Apply Samsung Default once, restart if necessary, and then reapply the updated EiD THEME DESiGN theme so One UI can rebuild its themed resources.
A download stopped or Galaxy Themes says the network is unavailable. What should I check?+
Check Wi‑Fi or mobile data and make sure a public Wi‑Fi network is not waiting for a browser sign-in. Purchased items can normally be downloaded again without another charge once the connection is stable.
How do I check whether a theme update exists?+
Open Galaxy Themes, tap Menu, open My data or My stuff, select Themes, and open the EiD THEME DESiGN theme. If Samsung has published a compatible update, an Update button appears on its detail page.
What information should I send EiD THEME DESiGN about a visual problem?+
Use the contact page and include the exact theme name, Galaxy model, Android and One UI version, country, and a screenshot of the affected screen. Mention whether the issue remains after applying Default and reinstalling the theme.
When should I contact Samsung instead of EiD THEME DESiGN?+
