Quick guidance for choosing, applying, and enjoying an EiD theme on your Galaxy.

01

Before you choose

Where can I browse EiD themes?+

Visit themes.einsindrei.com directly from your Samsung Galaxy smartphone. The destination opens inside Samsung’s theme environment, so it is not intended for desktop computers, tablets, or phones from other brands.

Will an EiD theme work on my Galaxy?+

Support depends on the Galaxy model, installed One UI version, and Theme Store availability in your region. Check the support information on the individual release before purchasing.

What changes when I apply a theme?+

A release may include wallpapers, icons, system colors, interface surfaces, and supported Samsung app elements. The exact scope is determined by the current One UI theme tools.

Why can the finished result differ slightly from a preview?+

Screen size, One UI updates, regional app versions, widgets, and your own layout all influence the final appearance. Our previews show the intended visual direction on a supported setup.

02

Using your theme

Important: Do Samsung themes work in Dark mode?+

Samsung themes are designed to display their complete visual style while your Galaxy is set to Light mode. Due to Samsung’s internal theme guidelines, Dark mode uses Samsung’s default system design for many interface surfaces. Your themed wallpapers and icons continue to work in Dark mode, but the full interface styling is only visible in Light mode.

What is the simplest way to apply an EiD theme?+

Open the chosen release on your Galaxy, complete the download in Galaxy Themes, and tap Apply. Give One UI a moment to refresh icons and system surfaces before returning to the home screen.

Can I keep my own wallpaper, sounds, or layout?+

Yes. A theme is a starting point, not a locked configuration. You can replace wallpapers and sounds or rearrange the home screen while keeping the remaining EiD styling.

Why do third-party apps keep their original design?+

Galaxy themes style Samsung-supported areas. Apps, keyboards, messaging services, and launchers made by other companies control their own appearance and usually ignore system theme artwork.

How do I return to the original Samsung look?+

Open Galaxy Themes, enter My stuff, choose the Samsung Default theme, and apply it. Your downloaded EiD release remains associated with your Samsung account.

03

When something feels off

My theme looked different after a One UI update. What now?+

Switch to Samsung Default, restart the phone, and check Galaxy Themes for an updated EiD version. Apply the EiD theme again only after One UI has finished all system and app updates.

Some icons or Samsung screens did not update. How can I refresh them?+

Confirm that One UI Home and the relevant Samsung apps are set as defaults. Then apply Samsung Default once and reapply the EiD theme to rebuild the visual resources.

Where are my previous purchases?+

Sign in with the Samsung account originally used for the purchase. Your available themes can be found in Galaxy Themes under My page or My stuff and the purchased-items area.

Who can help with payment, download, or refund problems?+

Samsung operates the Theme Store, account system, downloads, and billing. Transaction or refund questions therefore need to be handled by Samsung Support in your account region.

How do I contact EiD about a design issue?+

Use the contact page and include the theme name, Galaxy model, One UI version, and a screenshot. Those four details help us understand the visual problem much faster.
